The house of traditional construction has a garden of 200m 2 with barbecue and is distributed in 2 independent floors. The ground floor (Nazar II) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen (capacity 6 people + 2 extra beds). The top floor (Nazar) has 2 double rooms of 25m2, 1 bath, a living room with kitchen and terrace (capacity 4 people + 2 extra beds). Both plants have under-floor radiant heating and biomass boiler looking for greater energy efficiency. You can rent the whole house with a maximum capacity of 14 people.
