This document aims to regulate the general terms of reservation services online between IOSU EKIZA - hereinafter casa rural Nazar-(contact details listed in the Legal notice of this website) and clients, as well as the rules of the establishment.
You, as a customer, declare to be of age and/or have the legal capacity and work enough for these contracts and accept, fully and without reservation, the validity of all and each one of the general clauses of contracts listed below:
1. reserve online.
1.1. previous procedure of booking online.
We put at our guests disposal a system of booking on line through our website that facilitates the receipt and confirmation of reservations.
To proceed with the reservation, you must enter the dates in which to enjoy your stay, indicate the type of room and number of nights and finally enter your personal data.
To confirm the reservation we ask a 30% of the total amount in advance. We accept bank transfer as payment.

1.2. confirmation of the contract.
At the end of the booking process, will receive within 24 hours an email booking confirmation with all the details of the same: booking number, amount, date and time of the reservation, name and surname of the customer, place, date and time of delivery, and breakdown of the amount.
1.3. cancellation policy.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, accommodation will return the amount paid in advance if done in advance of 7 days before the date of entry. If you cancel out of this term or there is no such amount will be retained.
2. rates.
Prices displayed on the website include VAT or other indirect tax, as well as management and handling costs. Rates vary depending on the season of the year, the duration of the stay and the services contracted pursuant to this section.
